Nov. 14, 2018, Sterling, Colo. – The Northeastern men's basketball team traveled to Casper, Wyo. to play against the Thunderbirds in a game that would prove to be Northeastern's toughest game to date. Although ready for the challenge, the men were not able to fire on all cylinders.
In the first half, Casper had the lead over the Plainsmen 41-27, due mostly to the Thunderbirds making more layups. The Plainsmen were unable to get everyone on the same page throughout the game and took the loss 83-56. The men look to bounce back as they travel to Colorado Springs, Colo. to compete in the Air Force Prep Invitation over the weekend.
