Northeastern Baseball Falls To CSU To Start Off Four Game Series
Northeastern Baseball fell to CSU Club in the first game of the four game series 3-1. Hudson Hoy was named the DDC Player of the Game. Hoy went 1-2 at the plate, hitting one home run and driving in and scoring the lone run in the game for the Plainsmen.
Evan Lamunyon started the game for Northeastern and ended up taking the loss. Lamunyon went four innings, giving up 3 earned runs on four hits, walking one and striking out three. Tony Slizowski came in for relief, he went three innings, giving up three hits and striking out 5 batters. The lone run for the Plainsmen came in the bottom of the third inning when Hoy homered to right field. Yusei Uzawa, Harrison Good, Michael Clark and Hoy all recorded one hit in the contest.
