Northeastern Baseball Falls In Opening Round of West District Playoff Against Salt Lake Community College 12-8
Northeastern's bats were strong against Salt Lake on Thursday, but it wasn't enough as Northeastern fell 12-8. Salt Lake collected 14 hits, while Northeastern had eight.
Northeastern got on the board in the top of the fourth inning after DDC Player of the Game, Zach McVay homered to left field, and Salt Lake committed an error, each scoring one run.

Brayden Stufft set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading Northeastern with two hits in five at bats. Glad and McVay each drove in two runs for Northeastern.
