Northeastern Softball Falls At Tyler Junior College
Northeastern Softball fell to Tyler Junior College 24-0 on the first game of a double header. Addison Steele was named the DDC Player of the Contest. Steele went 1-2 at the plate, gaining one single in the contest.
Mackenzie Bowie was the starter for the Plainswomen. Bowie went three innings, giving up 13 runs (6 earned) on 9 hits, walking four batters. Maddie Cline came in for one inning of relief, giving up 11 runs (3 earned) on 7 hits, walking four and striking out one. Isabelle Bencivenga, Steele and Bowie each collected one hit in the contest.
