Bio

High School/Club: Played in Stenhus Gymnasium, Denmark for three years, where I got 2X Most Valuable Player and one nomination to both MVP and Most Improved Player. While playing there, we got 2nd and 3rd place in the Danish U19 Women's League and 2nd and 3rd place in the Danish U19 Cup. 4X Most Valuable Player of the Game, while participating in Scania Cup. While playing in former clubs in my home city, Sevilla, I got 1st Provencial Place several years. Participated in Regional championships with both former clubs and provincial selected team. Among the 3 nominated girls to Regional MVP, while playing in my hometown, Brenes. 

College Stats/Achievements: All-Region IX

Personal: Daughter of Daniel Garcia and Inma Gasco. I have one older sister, Marina. 

Major: Engineering/Computer Science

Academic Awards: Honors Roll NJC President's List

Why NJC? I chose NJC because it has this sense of family and closeness, which makes it easier to be far from home. Also, the basketball program feels right for me and my personal development as a player. My dream has always been to play at a high level basketball in the States and NJC feels like the best place to achieve it.
